Charcuterie Making Workshop

Join us at La Cantina Winery on Wednesday, October 11, from 5:30 pm – 8 pm for a charcuterie workshop with Red Apron Charcuterie. This two-hour, interactive event will show you how to create a charcuterie board from start to finish.  Along with learning how to make charcuterie boards that your friends and family will rave about, Ana from Red Apron will answer your questions while you sip on a glass of La Cantina’s New Pink Rose included in the ticket price.

Each ticket includes the following:

● 2-hour, interactive workshop on how to create a charcuterie board

● Take-home cheat sheet with tips & tricks on arranging, styling, and pairing meats & cheeses

● All ingredients to make your board, including assorted cheeses, cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more

● 10″ Palm Leaf Platter – to take home with you

● Boxes, so you can take your charcuterie board home

● A glass of The New Pink” Rose

● A Grazing board for everyone to enjoy with the finest New England products, such as cheeses from Smith’s Country Cheese.
